Location: Regional VIC/NSW This role is responsible for managing our large network clinics across regional Victoria, NSW and Canberra. Whilst you have flexibility to work remotely, regularly travel to all clinics within your remit is required. The role Due to an internal promotion, an opportunity exists for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our sales leadership team to support our clinics across regional Victoria and New South Wales transform the way Australians experience hearing care. Reporting to the State Manager, you will have an opportunity to coach and mentor our clinic staff to deliver the best service to our clients and drive results by building partnerships and customer relationships. The key responsibilities will include, however are not limited to: Drive sales revenue growth within allocated clinic network area Create a customer focused sales culture Engage the sales team to create alignment and accountability Leverage cross-functional partnerships to optimize process and operational efficiencies, training and employment support Promote safety & wellbeing What we are looking for Consumer sales experience Proven track record of managing and meeting KPI’s Experience using sales data and analytics to generate insights and make important decisions that affect sales Working with and leading remote teams across multiple sites Building and maintaining effective relationships with external and internal stakeholders Building and leading high-performance teams (including coaching & developing, performance management). Intermediate knowledge of software applications required in role (Outlook, Word, Excel etc.) Basic business and financial knowledge Strong interpersonal skills Excellent communication and influential skills Australian Driver License Applicants must be Australian or New Zealand citizens, permanent residents, or hold valid working rights in Australia or New Zealand to be considered for this role.
