Our vision of creating proud communities living their best lives is at the heart of everything we do as we continue to build upon our legacy of supporting veterans and their families for more than 100 years.**About the Role**As a Support Worker, you’ll help people stay safe and comfortable at home by:* Helping with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming)* Providing respite care (giving carers a break)* Helping clients stay active and connected in their community* Following care plans to meet each person’s needs* Working as a team to provide the best support possibleWe value and support our team.
