Promotions Specialist – KIIS Sydney About the role We're looking for a creative and dynamic Promotions Specialist to support our National Promotions team and help deliver unforgettable moments for our audience. In this role, you will: Support the national promotions team and work closely with content and internal stakeholders to flawlessly implement and execute content and client‑integrated station promotions, aiming to grow audiences, revenue, and brand value. Coordinate and deliver unforgettable moments for clients and listeners, including survey tactics, program promotions, in‑show client integration, content events, talent management, budgets, creative briefs, prizes, and post‑campaign reporting. Collaborate with a high‑performing team culture that thrives on creativity and bold thinking. About you You're a confident, organised, and creative professional who knows how to make content shine. To succeed in this role, you'll bring: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong project planning experience, the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, and a minimum of two years in a similar radio or media environment. You are highly organised, creative and detail oriented. Exceptional planning and organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail under pressure.
