You will handle end‑to‑end complaint processes for the Trustee office, delivering fair and timely outcomes while ensuring adherence to RG271 guidelines. Key Responsibilities Oversee the complete complaint handling process for the Trustee office, addressing simple and complex superannuation complaints. Deliver fair and timely outcomes for complainants while adhering to RG271 guidelines. Influence improvements to enhance member experience and provide insights to prevent future complaints. Qualifications 3+ years’ experience in the financial services dispute resolution domain. Superannuation experience highly desirable. Strong customer focus with proven experience in a customer‑facing role. Exceptional negotiation skills. Ownership of caseload and effective decision‑making abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong time‑management skills and ability to prioritise. Commercial acumen. Resilience and tenacity in a fast‑paced environment.
