Specialise or maintain a diverse caseload, and work towards progressing your career operationally or clinically. WHAT YOU’LL DORoleIn this rewarding role, you’ll lead the delivery of high-quality, community-based care with support and oversight from your Clinical Supervisor and Team Leader. A typical day at National 360 may involve:Supporting clients in the community, in their home, in one of our clinic spaces or via telehealth. Meeting with your Clinical Supervisor for 1:1 or group supervision. Preparing for appointments, writing reports, and completing case notes. Spending time with your colleagues, attending team meetings or checking in with your Team Leader. Completing the Graduate Curriculum on our online LMS. Collaborating with your multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Early Childhood Practitioners and Positive Behaviour Support Therapists, all dedicated to making a real impact. You have an interest in community healthcare. You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver’s licence. You have or are willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working with children check.
