With support from both the National Operations Manager and the CEO, this is a blended role ideal for someone who thrives on mentoring others, setting direction, and keeping one foot in the clinical world. What You’ll Be Doing: Team Management (3 days/week) Lead, mentor and develop a team of 4 OTs (expanding to 7–8 by year-end) Support performance goals and provide clinical oversight where needed Collaborate with the National Ops Manager and CEO Manage team issues, provide guidance, and help create a positive, outcomes-driven environment Contribute to strategic growth - this is a stepping stone to a potential future State Manager role Clinical Work (2 days/week) Community-based NDIS therapy, with both in-person and remote options Support client outcomes across the lifespan (ages 13–65) Review, finalise and quality-check clinical reports across the team Maintain a small clinical caseload, with flexibility to reduce as the team scales What You’ll Need to Bring 3+ years’ experience in the NDIS space 1+ year of team leadership or people management experience Strong mentorship, organisation, and communication skills Confidence in working with a diverse caseload across adolescence to adulthood Full AHPRA registration and the right to work in Australia About the Organisation Part of the Humanity Health Group, the organisation is known for high-impact community-based NDIS services.
