Advantageous if you are thinking of becoming Credentialed or currently completing your MMR Credentialing. About Us Embedded Health Solutions (EHS), servicing 600+ aged care facilities with over 50,000 aged care residents nationally. About your new role Conduct QUM services which include: participating in MAC meetings, presenting data findings to facilities Delivering education sessions and presentations Conducting clinical audits, supporting facility accreditation and any other services required to ensure quality use of medicines Maintain and grow professional working relationships with facility staff and GPs What do we offer?
