Our passion is delivering, quality food with exceptional service – and we’re looking for an experienced Multi-Site Manager to lead the charge across our locations. The Role As a Multi-Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of 3 fast food outlets, ensuring they run smoothly, efficiently, and profitably. You’ll be the key link between the area operations and store-level teams, supporting managers and supervisors to deliver results, uphold brand standards, and drive customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and support Managers and Supervisors across multiple locations Ensure consistent delivery of high standards in food quality, service, hygiene and safety practices Monitor and improve performance across KPIs (sales, labour, COGS, customer experience, etc.) Performance based rostering Recruit, train, and retain top talent Implement company policies, procedures, and promotional activities Conduct regular site visits, audits, and performance reviews Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives Report to senior management with operational updates and strategic input What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Multi Site Manger or high performing Cafe/Restaurant Manager ready to take the next step in their hospitality career Strong leadership, communication, and people development skills Hands-on, fun, energetic, and proactive approach to leadership Exceptional organisational and time management skills Full driving licence and willingness to travel between sites as needed Flexibility to work evenings including alternate Friday and Saturday evenings and as needed What We Offer Competitive salary + performance-based bonuses Car allowance Employee discounted meals A supportive, fun and dynamic working environment Opportunity to grow with the business #J-18808-Ljbffr
