Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) Business Partner We’re looking for an experienced Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) Business Partner to support our teams and drive excellence in health, safety, environment, and quality across the business. Based in our Edinburgh modern manufacturing facility, you’ll play a critical role in helping us meet legislative obligations, maintain ISO certifications, and foster a culture where safety and quality are at the heart of everything we do. You’ll work closely with leaders to ensure compliance, manage risk, and champion initiatives that make a real difference. What you'll be doing Promote proactive identification and correction of HSEQ hazards and improvement opportunities. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across health, safety, environment, and quality. Support incident management by facilitating timely investigations, recording actions in Skytrust (safety & compliance software system), and sharing lessons learned. Facilitate risk assessments, develop SOPs, and maintain operational risk registers. Assist with HSEQ requirements in tenders, contracts, and client site activities. Provide expert advice on contractor management and safety obligations. Monitor HSEQ performance, analyse trends, and provide data-driven recommendations. Schedule and lead HSEQ meetings, prepare reports, and track action items. Deliver safety communications, toolbox talks, and awareness campaigns. Develop and deliver HSEQ training programs to strengthen safety culture. Lead injury management, rehabilitation, and return-to-work processes. Coordinate personal exposure monitoring and health surveillance compliance. Maintain and administer the document management system. Develop and lead internal audit schedules and support ISO certification processes. What we offer Permanent, full-time with flexible start and finish times for work-life balance. What we're looking for Cert IV in WHS or equivalent (minimum), SA Return to Work Coordinator Certification. 2+ years of experience in a similar role within electrical services, manufacturing or construction environment. Demonstrated competence in ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards and achieving and maintaining accreditation.
