Handyman / Property Maintenance / Maintenance Officer BODA Builders / BODA Building Group provides building & construction services, property maintenance and building repair services to the residential and commercial sectors, with our in‑house multi‑trade team including bricklayer, floor & wall tilers, roofers, carpenters around Perth metropolitan area. Currently we are seeking a team of qualified handymen with experience in a broad range of general maintenance repairs, carpentry and building skills. The successful applicants will have initiative to go above and beyond the client’s expectation and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with our clients onsite as well as internal staff. Responsibilities Undertaking general building repair & maintenance including repairing furniture, doors, locks, curtains, lights, sinks, toilets, interior or exterior painting, etc. Attending service calls with clients and providing quotes. Responding quickly to emergency situations and customer service requests as assigned. Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards while maintaining high efficiency. Skills & Attributes Previous experience in a similar role with trade qualification, having fundamental skills in carpentry, painting, tiling, woodworks etc. Ability to use technology such as smartphones, tablets, computers, web‑based applications, building automation systems, etc. Skilled in using hand and power tools for various repairs. Valid driver’s license. Ability to work independently, consistently, reliably and as part of a team. Good communication skills, with the ability to provide timely feedback to team members. Good physical condition, capable of performing manual labour. Ability to handle emergency repairs and adapt to flexible working hours, including weekends if required. High level of professional ethics and honesty, with knowledge of and adherence to safety regulations and guidelines.
