With a focus on person‑centered care and a commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of our clients, we are looking for caring, reliable, and motivated Casual NDIS Support Workers to join our growing team. About the Role Providing in‑home care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and community participation. Developing and implementing individual support plans to meet each client’s goals. Actively engaging clients in social and recreational activities to promote their wellbeing and independence. What We’re Looking For Minimum of 1 year experience in aged care, disability or community services. Strong understanding of the NDIS and a commitment to person‑centered care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Problem‑solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges. A genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities. Requirements Must be available for flexible hours to accommodate varying shift requirements. Must have an Australian Driver’s License & Reliable Car. Must have a Current NDIS Worker check or be willing to obtain. Must have a Paid WWCC or be willing to obtain. Must hold current First Aid/CPR certification at the time of application. Be able to provide 2 current/previous work‑related references.
