About the Role As a Dental Receptionist you’ll play a key role in clinical treatment. You’ll confidently and expertly provide high quality administrative assistance to practice clinicians, as well as engage with patients in a positive and professional way. Your energetic nature and strong organisational skills will help to ensure the ongoing success of the practice and the satisfaction of patients. Skills & Experience Previous experience in a dental practice Availability on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite Previous experience using Dental 4 Windows (D4W) (desirable) The ability to assist in steri when required Ideally, experience Orthodontic knowledge and lab work experience making retainers, mouthguards, whitening trays, splints (desired but not required) You are: Highly professional, with a polished image and good personal presentation Excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills A caring and friendly personality with a strong patient focus Extremely organised, with the ability to prioritise busy workloads and manage multiple demands within required timeframes Proactive, reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic What We Offer Fantastic networking opportunities with highly‑skilled professionals.
