Account Executive Experience: 6+ years Location: Sydney, Australia - Hybrid Eligibility: Candidates must have the right to work in Australia (Citizen, PR). About the Role We are seeking a dynamic Account Executive to lead sales efforts across the Commercial / Mid-Market segment in Australia. This role focuses on driving growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding market presence within mid‑sized and smaller enterprise accounts. You will own a strategic territory, develop a go‑to‑market plan, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to position our solutions as a key choice within the Salesforce ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Drive regional growth & new customer acquisition Build and manage executive‑level relationships Lead outbound prospecting and maintain a strong pipeline Manage complex sales cycles with a value‑driven approach Collaborate with Salesforce teams & implementation partners Support customers post‑deal to ensure long‑term success What We’re Looking For 4+ years selling Technology, SaaS, or IT solutions. 2+ years experience within the Salesforce ecosystem (preferably in sales). Strong hunter mindset with the ability to build your own pipeline. Proven experience selling into the Australian market , with understanding of local sales cycles and buying behaviour. Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills. Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), with strong forecasting and reporting capability.
