White Collar Recruitment Advisor

PARC Engineering are looking for a driven, people-focused White Collar Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. You’ll work with a variety of clients across trades, construction, logistics, and industrial sectors — matching hardworking talent with rewarding opportunities. Key Responsibilities Create and monitor job advertisements Source, shortlist, interview and place high quality candidates onto suitable projects Provide exceptional customer service to our shareholders, on site crew and potential employees Build strong working relationships with clients Work in a high‑pressure and deadline‑driven environment Liaise with the site leadership team regarding project manning requirements Use internal data systems, spreadsheets and assist with onboarding / administration tasks as required Requirements Minimum of 2 years’ experience working within the resources sector, in a similar role such as Recruitment Consultant, Recruitment Advisor, Project Support etc. Must be a team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to change. Be able to work cohesively in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment. Well‑developed administrative skills, strong attention to detail and time management skills. High organisational skills to coordinate recruitment requirements. Capable to develop and maintain professional interpersonal skills with all personnel and stakeholders. Proficient in all Microsoft Office products. Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
