About the Role We are looking for a warm, motivated, and customer‑focused Receptionist to join our Mackay office. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you’ll play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere in our busy office. This is a job‑share role, working alongside our existing receptionist to ensure smooth, top‑tier service from start to finish. Your friendly and approachable nature, combined with strong attention to detail, will help you make a lasting positive impression on everyone who walks through our doors. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for clients and visitors Warmly greet clients and maintain a professional and welcoming demeanour at all times Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently and professionally Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meeting rooms Maintain the reception area to a high standard Provide administrative support including filing, scanning, and data entry Assist solicitors and support staff as required About You Strong customer service experience is essential Excellent personal presentation and a professional communication style A genuine interest in law and delivering first‑class service Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook Tech‑savvy, with strong attention to detail Able to work autonomously as well as thrive in a team setting Friendly, approachable, and confident interacting with a wide range of people Why Join Us?
