Progress Monitoring : Track milestones, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed. Team Leadership : Motivate and guide project teams to ensure effective collaboration and results. Risk Management : Proactively identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies. Reporting : Generate detailed progress reports for stakeholders, covering timelines, budgets, and deviations. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction or precast concrete industry. Strong knowledge of project planning, budget management, and resource allocation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Knowledge of quality and safety compliance standards in the construction industry.
