Reach out for more information. About the Role As Clinical Care Coordinator you will be primarily responsible for the clinical care of care recipients within the facility. Working within the leadership team, supported by an experienced and passionate residential and care manager within this medium sized care home in the Lismore region. You will provide clinical leadership to nursing and care staff, mentoring and inspiring staff to provide outstanding care to all residents whilst supporting them with their ongoing development and career progression. You will utilise your previous experience to oversee the clinical governance of the facility and optimise AN-ACC funding. You will coordinate your team and ensure safe, clear and effective communication across the multidisciplinary team.
