Are you an experienced Valuations professional within Corporate Finance looking for your next exciting career move? Findex are currently seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to join our Sydney or Melbourne team As a Manager or Senior Manager in the Valuations team, you will manage a diverse range of interesting and complex engagements across various industries and clients. In addition to strong valuation expertise, experience in Financial Due Diligence will be highly valued, enabling you to provide comprehensive insights for transactions and strategic decision-making. What will your typical week look like? Manage delivery of predominately valuation services for small to medium enterprises to large private companies, small high growth emerging companies and listed public companies Opportunity to manage the delivery of other corporate finance services including financial modelling and / or transaction services (due diligence) Assist the senior team members in preparing proposals, engagement letters, pitch documents and participating in other business development activities Perform desktop industry research, research on comparable companies and precedent transactions More about the perks Dynamic working environment – supporting our staff to work both from office and home; A genuine opportunity for long-term career progression & opportunities to progress to partnership; Interesting and challenging engagements across a variety of corporate finance specialisations; Continuous learning and development initiatives supported by the business; Let’s talk about you You are someone with… Experience in Corporate Finance primarily in the areas of Valuations Strong financial modelling and Excel skills and experience in reviewing and / or building financial (three-way) models. Well developed analytical and critical evaluation skills Clear and confident written and oral communication skills Solid knowledge and hands‑on experience writing reports Why Findex?
