Location: Tamworth, NSWEmployment Type: Full-time Salary Grade 12: $1,438.10 - $1,556.10 per week plus 12% superannuation for a 38‑hour work week. Negotiable based on skills, experience and value to the organisation. Responsibilities Ensure maintenance is identified, prioritised and action taken to maintain operational performance of the AELEC. Prepare and maintain warm‑up and competition surfaces to suit various event requirements. Prepare the venue’s operational needs for each event client/hirer. Plan, programme and review work for operational staff to ensure safe, efficient and effective service delivery. Ensure completion of necessary administration records. Qualifications NSW Drivers Licence and/or MR Drivers Licence. Certificate IV (Trade Qualifications) in a field relevant to the accountabilities of the position, e.g. Building, construction, electrical, horticulture, or relevant experience. Facility or Farm Experience. Forklift (LF) certification. Requirements for Success Proactive, hands‑on, excellent communication skills, ability to work in a dynamic environment, and leadership experience mentoring a team.
