Councilare seeking a proactive, hands‑on Facility Supervisor to join our team and ensure our world‑class venue continues to operate safely, efficiently, and at the highest standard. You'll have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a hands‑on environment while leading and mentoring a team. Our ideal candidate will need to proactively solve problems and adapt to changing event needs. To be successful in this role you will be reliable and have an enthusiastic approach to work. The Facility Supervisor - AELEC is responsible for: Ensuring that maintenance is identified, prioritised and appropriate action is taken to ensure the operational performance of the AELEC Prepare and maintain warmup and competition surfaces to suit various event requirements Prepare the venue's operational needs for each event client/hirer Plan, program and review work for operational staff to ensure the safe, efficient and effective service delivery Ensure completion of the necessary administration records TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED NSW Drivers Licence and/or MR Drivers Licence Certificate IV (Trade Qualifications) in a field relevant to the accountabilities of the position; e.g. Building, construction, electrical, horticulture or relevant experience. Salary Salary range: Grade 12 - $1,438.10 - $1,556.10 per week plus 12% superannuation for a 38 hour work week. Salary may be negotiated based on skills, experience and your value to our organisation. Working hours The ordinary hours of work shall be via a spread of hours not exceeding 152 hours in any four‑week period. Flexible working arrangements will be considered by mutual agreement and according to operational requirements.
