Your Day-to-Day: Plan, supervise, and coordinate on-site building maintenance and repairs (including painting, plumbing, doors, cleaning, and more)Conduct regular inspections and proactively resolve facility issuesLiaise with stakeholders to prioritise jobs and ensure efficient delivery of maintenance servicesLead and supervise contractors - from work planning and safety checks to final quality inspectionsSource materials, control daily resource use, and ensure compliance with safety standards and SLAsCutting Edge WorkCollaborative Research Environment Requirements To be successful you will have: Proven experience in building maintenance with multi-skill capabilities (e.g. HVAC, fixtures, repairs)Excellent time management, communication, and conflict-resolution skillsExperience supervising contractors and delegating maintenance tasks effectivelySolid computer literacy (Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a bonus)Licenses: Current Forklift, EWP, overhead crane.
