In this pivotal role, you will manage competing priorities and work collaboratively across inter-connected teams to deliver outcomes that reflect our commitment to culturally safe care and community-led solutions. You will bring exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with a proven ability to engage stakeholders to co-design and implement impactful health strategies. Your sound judgement and discretion will be vital in navigating complex environments and ensuring respectful, culturally appropriate engagement. Your ability to build strong relationships with Aboriginal communities, internal teams, interagency partners, and advisory groups will be key to driving meaningful change. A deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in Aboriginal Health across NSW will be highly regarded. Additionally, please demonstrate your understanding of patient safety and how you have contributed to improving Aboriginal health priorities and outcomes, particularly in relation to Aboriginal consumers, families, stakeholders, and communities across NSW. Question 2: Describe a specific project where you supported the coordination of an organisational development or learning initiative from conception to completion. Please describe your role, the strategies implemented on the outcome. Question 3: Describe a time when you had to manage multiple competing priorities while communicating with a variety of stakeholders.
