Coordinator Aboriginal Health Location: NSW Ambulance State Operations Centre, Sydney Olympic Park, NSW. Employment Type: Permanent Full-time. Position Classification: Health Manager Lvl 2. About The Opportunity NSW Ambulance is seeking a dynamic and culturally grounded professional to coordinate Aboriginal Health initiatives at a statewide level. In this pivotal role, you will manage competing priorities and work collaboratively across inter-connected teams to deliver outcomes that reflect our commitment to culturally safe care and community-led solutions. You will bring exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with a proven ability to engage stakeholders to co-design and implement impactful health strategies. Your sound judgement and discretion will be vital in navigating complex environments and ensuring respectful, culturally appropriate engagement. Your ability to build strong relationships with Aboriginal communities, internal teams, interagency partners, and advisory groups will be key to driving meaningful change. A deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in Aboriginal Health across NSW will be highly regarded. About You Strategic leadership and program delivery experience. Strong stakeholder engagement across Aboriginal, interagency, and internal groups. Proven ability to manage priorities and deliver outcomes. Cultural capability and understanding of Aboriginal Health in a state-wide context. Demonstrate your understanding of patient safety and your contributions to improving Aboriginal health priorities and outcomes in NSW. Question 2: Describe a specific project where you supported the coordination of an organisational development or learning initiative from conception to completion, outlining your role, strategies, and outcomes. Question 3: Describe a time when you had to manage multiple competing priorities while communicating with a variety of stakeholders. Explain how you ensured deadlines were met and how you adapted your communication style for different audiences.
