About the Role In this position, you will report to the Senior Manager Risk and Control Advisory as a member of the Line 1 Risk and Control Advisory team supporting the Commercial Function. Your duties and responsibilities Support incident triage and initial assessment activities Assist with incident data collection and documentation Prepare routine reports on control assurance activities and incident status Assist with the preparation of management reports and committee papers Identify opportunities for process improvement in control assurance and incident & issue management Support control testing and validation activities as directed by the Manager Risk and Control Advisory Collaborate with other control assurance roles across RCA teams About You At least 2 years’ experience in Risk Management and/or Control Assurance or a relevant graduate qualification. Understanding of control concepts and assurance methodologies. Sound understanding of incident management processes. Awareness of regulatory and compliance requirements applicable to the Australian financial services industry. Tertiary qualifications in Business, Economics, Finance, Risk Management or related field, desirable. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools regarded favorably.
