Services are provided through our six main campuses: Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn and Mernda Community Hospitals Centres and Kilmore District Hospital. In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park, Mernda and Coburg. We’re seeking a visionary Health Information Manager to drive digital transformation and automation across our health information services. What you’ll do Champion innovation through AI, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and cutting‑edge digital technologies. Deliver and optimise projects such as Bing Virtual Mail Room and AI Computer‑Assisted Coding. Collaborate with passionate teams to create data‑driven solutions that uphold privacy and governance standards. To be successful in this role Tertiary qualification in Health Information Management or a related health discipline. Demonstrated commitment to professional development and continuous improvement. Knowledge of data governance, health information legislation and privacy frameworks. Proven experience in health information management, clinical workflows or digital transformation. Experience leading or supporting automation, AI or analytics‑based improvement projects. Experience working within complex health systems, ideally in the Victorian public health sector. Demonstrated knowledge of SQL, PowerBI or other analytics‑based language models such as Python. Strong clinical coding background across a variety of case mix, preference for a minimum of 5 years.
