Join RMCG’s Graduate/Junior Consultant Program to work on diverse environmental, agricultural, and community projects with expert mentorship. Your Role Key responsibilities include: Participate in a 12‑month program with three placements of approximately four months each. Work with diverse teams across multiple technical disciplines including environment, agriculture, water, community, and resource recovery. Engage in client discussions and contribute to meaningful projects involving sustainable resource use, land and water management, and community engagement. Travel between office locations and client sites as required, with opportunities to work from different offices. Develop client relationships, project management, and consulting skills through hands‑on experience and structured training. Collaborate with supervisors and rotation leads to set and review goals for each placement. About You The company is looking for: Graduates or early career candidates with relevant qualifications or experience in agriculture, environment, community, water, or resource recovery disciplines. Applicants who have completed an undergraduate degree within the last 12 months or have one to two years of relevant experience. Australian or New Zealand citizens, or Australian permanent residents with access to personal transport for travel between offices. Strong communication, problem‑solving, critical thinking, and teamwork skills. Interest in sustainable land management, biodiversity, water management, stakeholder engagement, and related fields.
