WA, Loftus 24/7 Gym Recreation Centre – Leederville 6007 The Role Be the epicentre of the health club and ensure its smooth operation Develop and implement strategies to increase member visitations Interact with members and provide excellent customer service Plan and promote health club events and programmes Train and supervise health club and front‑of‑house staff Ensure the health club is clean and well‑maintained Skills and Experience Certificate IV in Fitness or higher Good knowledge of health club protocols and customer expectations Experience in conflict resolution and delivering high‑level customer service Experience in leading a team, managing rosters and employee relations First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2) CPR Certificate Working With Children Check Computer literacy, familiarity with software packages and point‑of‑sale systems Fitness Australia (or equivalent) registration National Criminal Records Check The Company Belgravia Leisure is part of the Belgravia Health and Leisure Group (BHLG) and is the fastest‑growing leisure organisation in Australia.
