Monday to FridayReporting to the Principal Commercial, the Finance Business Partner will assist in leading the development, reporting, and consolidation of the Western Hub's Capital portfolio to meet business objectives.Key Responsibilities
Managing a large portfolio of high-value, business-critical projectsBusiness partnering with the site and corporate teams to effectively achieve financial performanceCoordination and delivery of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for GM review and approvalFinancial reporting and analysis to support multiple departments and identify and drive value-adding opportunitiesWorking closely with senior leaders to provide financial insight critical to decision-makingCoordinate and deliver month-end close, including monthly journal postings, reconciliations, and ad hoc projects as requiredQualifications and Experience
CA/CPA qualification and 3+ years of management or financial accounting experienceDetailed working knowledge of SAP and MS ExcelExperience in Mining and or Construction is desired but not essentialProactive, confident, and self-motivated with strong analytical and engagement skillsProven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with numerous stakeholders and competing demands and deadlinesAbility to effectively communicate with all levels of the organisation while delivering on organisational valuesOur Commitment
