About You We are seeking individuals who have experience relevant to the operations of community pools and aquatic centres, including customer service, lifeguarding, learn to swim, swim coaching and/or gym and fitness facilities, and hold appropriate qualifications. These are seasonal casual positions working varying hours. The total hourly remuneration package for these positions commences from $40.05 - $48.92* gross per hour (inclusive of superannuation and casual loading), comprising of: $28.61 - $34.94* per hour base salary $7.15 - $8.74* per hour casual loading $4.29 - $5.24* per hour superannuation (calculated at 12%) Additional benefits for these positions may include: Annual Award salary increases and performance reviews Salary packaging program (SmartSalary) Wellbeing Initiatives – Employee Assistance Program, LifeWorks App, social club, health monitoring and annual flu vaccinations. *Remuneration will vary depending on the role that is being undertaken.
