Process Safety Manager – BOC South Pacific Join to apply for the Process Safety Manager role at BOC South Pacific. Location: Mulgrave (VIC), Australia. Req ID: req24776. What You Will Enjoy Doing Lead Process Hazard Analyses and Safety Assessments (e.g. HAZOP, What-If, FMEA, LOPA) Develop and implement safety management systems Prepare and maintain Safety Cases and key compliance documentation Lead licensing and relicensing activities for facilities Support site audits and regulatory inspections Monitor process safety performance and report to senior leadership Ensure compliance with WHS regulations across jurisdictions Provide expert guidance across Region South Pacific and drive continuous improvement in process safety performance What Makes You Great Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Chemical preferred) 5+ years’ experience in process safety within regulated industries (AU/NZ) Deep knowledge of MHF & Dangerous Goods regulations (AU/NZ) Proven experience leading HAZOP, LOPA and risk studies Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement & negotiation skills Strong time management, autonomy, and leadership in safety Why you will love working with us We identify ourselves with our products – either working for the technical or medical gases business.
