Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Experience Advisor to join our dynamic team. As an Advisor at Penrith Mazda, you will be a pivotal point of contact for our customers, ensuring that their service experience reflects the excellence we are known for. You will play a crucial role in upholding our commitment to exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly, establishing rapport and understanding their service needs. Act as a liaison between customers and our service technicians, ensuring clear communication throughout the service process. Provide accurate and detailed information about recommended services, repairs, and maintenance. Schedule service appointments, balancing customer preferences and workshop availability. Generate service estimates, explain costs, and gain customer approval before initiating work. Monitor the progress of service orders, ensuring timely completion and quality standards. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback, demonstrating a commitment to their satisfaction. Collaborate with our service and parts teams to ensure efficient workflow and parts availability. Maintain accurate records of service orders, ensuring compliance with documentation standards. Promote additional services, accessories, and products that align with customer needs. Uphold our dealership's reputation for excellence in customer service and satisfaction. Qualifications and Experience: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused mindset with a genuine desire to exceed expectations. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail (minimal open job cards). Familiarity with dealership management systems and software. What We Offer: Fully maintained Drive car including fuel with no FBT charge.
