Director of Digital Health Projects Full time, permanent ongoing position 80hrs per fortnight with an ADO Managers and Administrative Workers Grade 9 Alfred Health is seeking an experienced and visionary leader for the position of Director of Digital Health Projects. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership and oversight for the planning, delivery, and governance of all digital health projects across Alfred Health. This role is responsible for establishing and embedding best practice project management methodologies, ensuring alignment with organisational strategy, and driving the successful execution of complex, multidisciplinary digital health projects on schedule, within budget, and to high-quality standards. The Director will lead a high-performing team, foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, and act as the principal advisor to the Chief Digital Health Officer on all matters related to project delivery. The appointee will build strong relationships with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders, lead change management and communication strategies, and represent Alfred Health in external forums and partnerships. About Our Department The Digital Health Division is responsible for enabling clinical staff to deliver timely, quality care to our patients and carers through innovative use of information technologies, and through strategic management of information and data across the organisation. Key Requirements Tertiary qualifications in project management, business, ICT, health, or a related discipline Formal project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) Extensive experience in project, program, or portfolio management, including leadership of multidisciplinary teams Proven track record of delivering complex digital transformation projects in a large organisation, ideally in a health care setting Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills Experience in budget management, benefits realisation, and performance reporting Commitment to Alfred Health’s values and a patient-centred approach Benefits Work related training and conferences Flexibility to work from home (hybrid model) Salary Packaging Car Parking (subject to availability) Onsite Gym Childcare services All enquiries to Sudeep Saraf email .
