Job Description Located steps from Wynyard, Novotel Sydney City Centre is a haven for comfort, productivity and relaxation. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic full‑time Hotel All‑Rounder to join our team. In this dynamic role, you’ll work across Front Office and Birdie Bar & Brasserie, gaining hands‑on experience in day‑to‑day hotel operations while delivering exceptional, memorable service to our guests. What Will You Be Doing? Delivering service excellence from check‑in to check‑out and everywhere in between. Be the first point of contact for our guests and visitors. Completing a variety of tasks ensuring every day is different – from selling the hotel’s facilities to making coffees, preparing drinks and maintaining guest accounts. Providing passionate, knowledgeable and friendly service to external and internal guests at all times. Assisting our guests with our self‑check in kiosks. Ensuring guests who are not ALL‑Accor Live Limitless members are briefed on features and benefits and signed up to the loyalty program. Qualifications Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel environment. Strong computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and preferably OPERA Cloud. The ability to work under pressure, multi‑task and think on your feet to quickly resolve issues. Strong communication skills and pride in personal presentation. Have a natural ability to surprise guests with your authentic guest service. A genuine customer service focus and a strong dedication to always making our guests’ smile during their stay. Must have valid NSW RSA or willingness to obtain one before starting. Availability to work 38 hours per week across a 7‑day rotating roster including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.
