Job Description We have the opportunity to welcome a new Front Office All Rounder to our Front Office team, to continue to provide exemplary service to our guests. As a Front Office All Rounder, you will : Provide excellent guest service by responding promptly to guest requests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay. Maintain control of guest and hotel accounts by ensuring that all charges are accurate and posted on time. Proudly promoting the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up‑selling. Qualifications What are we looking for? Hotel Front Office Experience : Prior experience working in a hotel's front office environment. Systems Proficiency : Confidence with the Operahotel management system. Problem‑Solving Skills : Ability to think critically and find solutions with a guest‑focused approach, creating memorable experiences for our guests. Local Knowledge : Strong understanding of Brisbane, particularly South Brisbane, and ability to recommend attractions and activities. Flexible Availability : You will be required to work a range of shifts including mornings, nights, weekends, and public holidays when required. Unlimited working rights in Australia a must.
