Wyong Neighbourhood Centre and Gosford Community Hub Inc – Tuggerah NSW Wyong Neighbourhood Centre is running a frozen meal program in the kitchen at the Red Tree Theatre. It is a brand‑new commercial kitchen equipped with modern appliances, commercial dishwashers, and large commercial freezers. Team Leader Duties: Organise the weekly recipes to cook. Collect donated ingredients from Wyong N/C and deliver them to the Red Tree Theatre the day before the cook, including shopping for any needed items. Organise the team for the weekly cook and assist with meal preparation. Coordinate storing cooked meals in take‑away containers and freezing them for distribution to vulnerable clients. The meals are regular home‑cooked style recipes based on donations, such as mashed potato, veggies, gravy, pasta sauce, etc. They are distributed to homeless people, families, and individuals in need. ****To be referred to this role an interview with Volunteering Central Coast is required.
