We are open daily for breakfast, lunch and dining What can you bring to the role Proven Industry Experience With 5+ years in hospitality leadership Hands‑on expertise in all aspects of restaurant operations—from front‑of‑house finesse to behind‑the‑scenes logistics. KPI‑Driven Performance Meeting and exceeding company KPIs Record of improving service speed Customer satisfaction scores Cost‑efficiency across staffing and inventory Operational Mastery Understanding the rhythm of daily restaurant life Service flow Monitoring cleanliness and compliance Resolving issues with calm confidence Tech‑Savvy Systems Knowledge Proficient in reservations platforms and POS systems People‑First Leadership Build a culture where staff feel heard, respected, and energized Foster team engagement through recognition, mentorship, and a healthy dose of fun Training & Onboarding Excellence Design and run onboarding programs and workshops that not only cover policies and procedures but also reflect SOHO’s brand personality and guest service standards Efficient Roster Management Monitor staffing levels to ensure optimal coverage Manage costs responsibly Adapt the roster to team and business needs Client Relationships Nurture meaningful connections with both existing and new guests Reporting & Insights Delivering clear actionable daily and weekly reports that help identify trends, anticipate challenges, and drive smarter decisions Confident Collaboration with Leadership Communicate effectively with senior management This isn’t just a job This is a place to grow, thrive, and bring your whole self.
