Experienced NBN Field Scopers / Vac Truck Operator (Multiple Roles) Hiring Now – Experienced NBN Field Staff - Field Scopers & Vac Truck Operators - Multiple Roles SIKAT COMMS is a family-run business delivering high-quality work in NBN infrastructure across South East Queensland. We specialise in survey, field scoping, cable hauling, and vac truck operations—and we’re growing. We’re currently looking for experienced individuals to join our team and help form 2–3 new field crews . These are hands‑on roles, ideal for capable all‑rounders who are comfortable working across multiple aspects of the NBN rollout. What We Need Field Scoping (using digital plans and field software) Vac Truck Operation (we need team members with a truck licence who can operate the vac truck) Traffic Management (ticketed staff essential for crew setup) What You’ll Need Manual Driver’s Licence – essential HR / MR / LR Licence – preferred (especially for vac truck) White Card Traffic Management Ticket – highly desirable Enable Accreditation – or willing to obtain First Aid & CPR – advantageous Must have your own transport – work is all over SE Qld Must have your own phone Positive attitude and solid communication Previous experience in civil, comms, or utilities work preferred Able to get to Rochedale daily for Vac Truck Why Work With SIKAT COMMS?
