Job Responsibilities As the Extended Tour Coordinator, you’ll step into a dynamic role combining operations, logistics, itinerary planning and club account management. You’ll oversee group bookings, manage tour schedules, liaise with club travel coordinators and ensure every extended tour runs smoothly from concept to delivery. Your days will include creating customised itineraries, booking flights, accommodation and experiences, preparing documentation, monitoring real‑time tour operations and working closely with suppliers and internal teams. This is a hands‑on, detail‑driven role where your organisation and creativity help bring unforgettable journeys to life. Candidate Profile You’ll shine in this role if you come from a travel, tour operations or group coordination background and love building strong client relationships. You are proactive, dynamic and solutions‑focused, with excellent attention to detail and follow‑through. Experience in customer service, account management or sales is highly valued, along with strong communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple itineraries at once.
