We are seeking a talented Barista/Waiter to join our vibrant team at Marcos cafe and bistro' in Camden, NSW. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious coffee drinks in a dynamic hospitality environment. What you’ll be doing Preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages to customers Delivering attentive and friendly table service to diners Ensuring the bar and dining areas are well-stocked, clean and well-presented Assisting with food preparation and plating as needed Providing recommendations on menu items and specials Handling cash and processing payments accurately Adhering to all health and safety regulations What we’re looking for Previous experience as a Barista and/or Waiter in a fast-paced cafe or restaurant setting Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment Ability to work efficiently in a team and remain calm under pressure Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities Responsible approach to food handling and safety RSA certification or willingness to obtain What we offer At Marcos cafe and bistro', we pride ourselves on creating a supportive and inclusive work environment.
