Who we’re looking for We need exceptional Solicitors and Senior Associates to join our market‑leading practice groups in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra and Perth. You should bring strong client‑service skills, the ability to build internal and external relationships, and a passion for business development. Business areas Banking & Finance Competition, Trade & Regulatory Corporate, Private Equity, M&A and Commercial International Funds Securities Tax What you will bring Excellent analytical, communication and research skills to deliver prompt and commercially astute advice. Strong commitment to client service and well‑developed relationship‑management ability, playing a role in supporting and developing client relationships. Team focus to facilitate effective teamwork by building internal relationships. Enthusiasm for business development activities, including industry programmes and networking. First‑rate experience in preparing advice and drafting documents. Experience in a similar environment—both private practice and in‑house legal teams—is required. While you may not have handled every matter we practice, we will support your growth and broaden your skills.
