About The Role We are looking for a purpose‑driven, high‑performing Enterprise Account Executive with experience in enterprise technology sales. You will build good relationships with customers, solve customer problems and drive sales of our world‑class software products. In this role, you will work with high‑profile clients as a subject‑matter expert through the entire sales process. You will manage Picus’ value proposition with your customers and partners, govern strategy and tactics, and identify and prioritize new opportunities. What You’ll Do Work as part of a passionate, purpose‑driven, high‑performance sales team that thrives on success in a great work environment. Generate new business opportunities through pre‑qualified meetings, problem‑solving and prospecting. Collaborate closely with partners to create joint plans, generate pipeline and drive opportunities to closure. Drive business growth and expansion by developing and executing a business plan to attain goals and quotas. Maintain regular contact with prospects through active listening and discovery, diagnosing pain points and prescribing solutions. Collaborate with internal teams (Pre‑Sales, Product, Marketing, Support, Customer Success) to deliver the sales plan and Picus vision. Manage your opportunity pipeline and revenue forecast using the CRM system. Work with solution providers such as resellers, service providers and integrators. Stay current with industry changes and trends to build expertise in cybersecurity. What You Have Proven experience as an Enterprise Account Executive managing complex, consultative sales processes, preferably in SaaS. At least 5+ years in cybersecurity. Customer orientation and strong communication skills to build relationships. Growth mindset and business acumen; willingness to learn about evolving cyber security. Excellent presentation skills and self‑motivation. Organizational and time‑management skills. Analytical, data‑driven approach and strategic thinking. Advanced written and verbal English.
