The Role As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will be a key ambassador for the brand, responsible for driving sales growth, nurturing client relationships, and delivering an unforgettable in-store experience. You will guide customers through high‑value, design‑led purchases while showcasing your product expertise, design understanding, and consultative selling approach. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients while working to achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets. You will provide expert product knowledge and tailored design advice while delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial consultation through to post‑purchase follow‑up. You will also collaborate with the wider team to maintain showroom standards, contribute to visual merchandising, and stay informed about design trends, product launches, and market insights. Skills and Experience To succeed in this position, you will bring proven experience in high‑end retail, luxury goods, interiors, or furniture sales, along with demonstrated success in consultative selling and achieving strong sales results. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously. A genuine passion for design and premium customer service is essential, as is confidence working in a KPI‑driven environment and availability to work weekends and retail trading hours.
