Our only requirements are that you have: A minimum of 2-3 years' experience working in a professional services or public practice firm A CA/CPA qualification (or are currently working towards it) A reputation as a strong performer Ideally, you will have experience in: Tax & Business Advisory – Providing tailored tax planning, structuring, and strategic business advice Financial Reporting & Compliance – Preparing financial statements, tax returns, FBT, BAS, and compliance work for various entities Client Engagement – Participating in meetings to deliver proactive financial insights and support Team Development – Mentoring and supporting junior team members in tax, accounting, and advisory (for Manager roles) However, most importantly, you will be someone who loves being in the accounting profession with the amazing way you are able to help impact businesses, and are eager to work alongside other like-minded individuals in great, high‑performing working environments under experienced mentors and managers. The Opportunity Currently, our clients include medium-to-large local firms (up to 50 staff) as well as smaller firms with fewer than 20 staff. Our clients provide a range of services to businesses of all shapes and sizes, including industry leaders. We are recruiting across levels from Intermediate Accountant to Manager and Senior Manager.
