Location: Melbourne or Sydney What you’ll be doing Lead and manage the agency’s new business pipeline through prospecting, networking, and pitching. Represent the agency at industry events and in the market, showcasing the strength of their full‑service offering. Build and nurture long‑term client relationships, ensuring brands see the agency as a trusted growth partner. Manage and coordinate all pitch processes, aligning stakeholders for smooth delivery. Develop and execute the overall sales strategy in collaboration with the leadership team. Identify and convert opportunities within mid‑market eCommerce and DTC brands. Manage deal sizes ranging from $60K annual retainers through to $1M+ partnerships. What you’ll bring A proven track record in agency sales, ideally from an indie or boutique environment. A strong network within the eCommerce or DTC ecosystem. Energy, charisma, and adaptability—you thrive on networking, connecting, and relationship building. Commercial acumen with an eye for identifying growth opportunities and turning them into results. Strong relationship‑management skills—you know how to close and maintain high‑value partnerships. Confidence speaking about digital services (SEO, SEM, and multi‑channel marketing), even if you’re not hands‑on executional.
