An exciting opportunity is available for a Leader in Credit Operations, responsible for shaping the strategic direction and leading initiatives within the team. Reporting directly to the Head of Credit Operations, this position offers significant autonomy and responsibility to develop effective strategies and processes—delivering excellent results for our Credit Operations business and supporting the broader organisational strategy. Key Responsibilities As the Corporate, Dealer Credit and Wholesale Administration Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the department’s strategy. Working closely with the Head of Credit Operations, you will: Develop, implement, and manage a cohesive strategy for the department. Oversee people leadership, talent management, functional plans and integrate supporting technologies to drive business objectives. Supervise the analysis and timely review of corporate and dealer credit applications, ensuring strict adherence to credit policies and legislative requirements. Lead a diverse and high-performing team, fostering an environment that attracts and retains talent. Empower, coach, guide, and mentor team members to facilitate operational plans and cultivate a high-performance culture. Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with dealers and customers, consistently delivering exceptional service. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in people leadership, motivating and inspiring teams. Strong background in the corporate and/or dealer credit sector, preferably within a large global organisation. Growth-oriented mindset, strong performance under pressure, openness to learning and calculated risk-taking. Excellent analytical skills and ability to construct detailed, logical analyses.
