Delivery Executive – Centre of Excellence (Canberra based) About the Role We are building a high‑performance team to guide major federal agencies through ERP migration using proven strategy, expert delivery, and scalable impact. The Delivery Executive is a critical member of the Delivery Success team within SAP Customer Services & Delivery (CS&D) ANZ. They will manage multiple large‑scale cloud projects and provide leadership, governance, and outcomes throughout the delivery lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Lead large‑scale cloud projects and programs across multiple business units and vendors. Provide strategic leadership to cross‑functional teams to deliver outputs on time, budget, and quality. Ensure adherence to SAP Activate, SAP RISE Methodology, Clean Core principles, and integrated tools. Support the bid phase by contributing to delivery methodology, model, scope, estimation, and risk assessment. Communicate with senior stakeholders, partners, and customers at all levels. Manage project plans, schedules, resources, risks, RAID log, and status reporting. Drive executional excellence by meeting revenue, margin, and KPI targets. Mentor and coach project managers and junior team members. Ensure compliance with SAP internal processes, governance, and quality standards. Maintain knowledge transfer and support for subsequent owners and life‑cycle transitions. Qualifications and Experience 10+ years of project management experience with medium to large‑scale cloud projects. 5‑7 years of program management or equivalent experience handling complex multi‑stream projects. Experience with SAP Cloud products, SAP Activate, SAP RISE Methodology, and integrated tool chains. Government agencies experience preferred. Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and meet quality criteria. PMP or equivalent project management certification. Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to mentor and coach project management teams. Knowledge of various project management methodologies (waterfall, agile, scrum). Cultural awareness and experience working across diverse teams. SAP is committed to equal employment opportunity.
