Managing Director - ServiceNow Consultant - CIS (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, FSM, SPM, APM, CAD, CSA) Delivery Manager Security Requirement: Must hold an active NV1 Security Clearance Estimated Start Date: Monday, 2 February 2026 Hatchit Studios is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager (EL1 equivalent) to support a major Federal Government digital uplift and applications modernisation initiative. This role involves leading structured ICT delivery, uplifting legacy systems, and coordinating multidiscipline teams across a large-scale transformation program. This is a long-term opportunity for an accomplished delivery professional who thrives in complex environments and brings strong governance, communication, and leadership capability. About the Opportunity You will lead the delivery of multiple ICT work packages, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with government delivery frameworks. You will work closely with architects, engineers, analysts, technical writers, and PMO teams to drive delivery outcomes and maintain project momentum. This engagement offers stability, meaningful work, and the chance to contribute to a nationally significant digital transformation program. Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end delivery of ICT projects and work packages Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across business and technical disciplines Develop delivery plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocations Ensure compliance with PRINCE2, Agile, and other government delivery frameworks Monitor and report on risks, issues, dependencies, and progress Engage and communicate with stakeholders, including senior leadership Ensure adherence to governance, audit, compliance, and security requirements Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes and team collaboration Skills & Experience Required Minimum 5+ years’ experience delivering ICT projects in complex environments Demonstrated project/program delivery experience Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills Proven leadership and team management capability Expertise in risk and issue management Strong delivery focus with a track record of achieving project outcomes Certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile PM or equivalent Experience in change management (PROSCI, APMG) Understanding of ICT systems, legacy modernisation, cloud, and security uplift Experience in vendor management within government or enterprise environments Process optimisation and continuous improvement experience Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project , and SharePoint Why Join Us?
