Delivery Integration Manager

Join a large-scale, multi-year transformation program modernising digital services and entitlement management across the education sector. This program is delivering a contemporary, end-to-end platform that improves operational capability, stakeholder experience, and the way services are delivered across Australia. As the Delivery Integration Manager , you will play a critical role in aligning business needs, processes, ways of working, and technology delivery. Acting as the bridge between business teams and the digital delivery partner, you will ensure that program outcomes are met and that the organisation is ready to adopt new systems and future-focused operating models. This role is highly collaborative, strategically focused, and ideal for candidates experienced in driving alignment between business and IT in complex government or enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with internal business units, digital teams, and external partners. Represent business needs and priorities in governance forums and decision-making activities. Provide clear insights, advice, and guidance to senior leaders on risks, issues, and opportunities affecting program delivery and business integration. Change Management & Organisational Readiness Identify business impacts arising from new system and process changes. Support end-users and leaders through transitions, ensuring changes are well understood and effectively adopted. Contribute to communication, training, and readiness activities that build capability and confidence across the organisation. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery. Ways of Working & Product Integration Work with business areas to define future-state processes and improved ways of working aligned to transformation goals. Ensure user-centric design principles guide product and process decisions. Partner closely with digital delivery teams on backlog prioritisation, sprint planning, and iterative solution development. Support testing cycles, validation activities, and business engagement to ensure solutions meet operational and customer needs. Skills & Experience Required Strong experience in business engagement, product ownership, business analysis, or delivery integration within complex government or enterprise environments. Demonstrated experience collaborating with IT development teams using agile, iterative, or hybrid delivery methodologies. Ability to translate business needs into actionable system requirements and work with delivery teams to ensure high-quality outcomes. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse groups. Experience in business process improvement, service design, or operational transformation. Understanding of change management principles and practices to enable successful adoption of new ways of working.
