Casual Customer Service and Sales Assistant – Scoresby, VIC We are looking for a passionate individual who loves sales and building strong customer rapport. This is a casual customer service and sales role with flexible rostered shifts and opportunities to cover additional shifts as required. THE ROLE Key responsibilities include: Provide expert professional customer service to both retail and trade customers. Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts. Develop strong product knowledge to help customers make informed choices. Achieve and exceed personal sales targets. Support other team members to meet business goals. Contribute to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping. About You We’re looking for someone who: Has previous experience in a customer service environment. Has strong communication skills and connects genuinely with customers. Brings an energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of the job. Shows strong attention to detail.
