Utilise your sales skills and passion for interior design to light up our customers' lives Benefits Competitive rate of pay (including higher rates on weekends and public holidays) Performance based profit share incentives Paid birthday leave and well-being days Generous team member discounts On-site parking Uniform and laundry allowance Opportunity to purchase shares through the Beacon Lighting share scheme The Role Based at our Coburg store and averaging approximately 39 hours per fortnight including every second weekend (Saturday and Sunday), the key responsibilities of this part time role include: Responsibilities Provide expert professional customer service to our retail and trade customers Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts Develop strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice Achieve and exceed personal sales targets Support other team members to ensure business goals are met Contribute to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping Support your local community and charitable organisations About You Previous experience in a retail environment Strong communication skills with the ability to genuinely connect with customers An energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of your job Competency in POS systems and Microsoft Office #J-18808-Ljbffr
